What is your return policy?
We accept returns on watches that are not damaged or intentionally altered. If you experience a defect or mechanical issue, every watch is covered by our 1-year warranty, which protects against manufacturing defects and movement malfunctions.
Are any purchases final sale?
Intentionally damaged items are not eligible for return. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return and we’ll be happy to help.
When will my order ship?
We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery typically takes a couple of weeks, as some watches are assembled to order. Once your watch is ready, you’ll receive shipping confirmation along with a personal video update showing your watch and packaging before it ships.
Where are your watches made?
Our watches are assembled in the United States, Illinois. Automatic movements are sourced from Seiko, Japan. Cases, dials, hands, and bracelets are manufactured in China. Leather is sourced from Italy and manufactured in Texas All aspects of the brand and product design are created in St. Petersburg, Florida.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. All shipments include tracking and secure packaging.
