Baron Watch Co. produces small-batch timepieces with care. We want you to love what you wear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains exactly how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds. This policy applies to all purchases made at baronwatch.co.
We offer a full money-back refund within 30 days of delivery on all watches returned in unworn condition with their complete original packaging — including the box, pouch, and any included accessories.
Items must be unworn and returned in their complete original packaging. Returns that arrive worn, missing packaging, or outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a full refund.
The following items are eligible for return or exchange if unworn and in complete original condition:

1 Email hello@baronwatch.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within two business days.
2 We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization.
3 Pack the item securely in its complete original packaging and ship it back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4 Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Want a different colorway or item? We're happy to exchange eligible items within the 30-day window. Reach out to hello@baronwatch.co and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on current inventory.
Given our small-batch production model, some colorways may be limited. We'll always communicate availability honestly.
Every Stargazer 1.0 watch comes with a 1-year guarantee covering mechanical defects in materials and workmanship. If your watch develops a mechanical issue under normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, strap wear, water damage beyond the stated resistance rating, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
